I would recommend the Parker Team as top real estate professionals to work with. They provided great advice in many phases of the process and I felt that they provide quite useful insight in terms of the market research they provided, the strategy for preparation of the house for sale, and the analysis of the multiple bids we received. I also found that communication with theme was seamless. They were quite accessible and responsive, whether via email or phone call. As a result there were no unpleasant surprise along the way.

They were able to explain the process, what to expect, and helped facilitate the whole enterprise. Due to their years of experience, they have developed many connections and have resources to get things done. I was especially relieved that they were able to help me continue to move forward through closing a time period in which I was frequently traveling. Most importantly, as this sale was of my mother’s home, It was done in a way that did not bring her any worry, and she was gratified to hear the story of the family who purchased her home.
