The agent is doing business the old way which is to take photos with a point and shoot camera or iphone and call it good enough. They have not taken the time to get high quality photography equipment, they have no idea how to light the home for the best exposure and have no plan to stage your property to show it the very best.

The business of real estate has changed in the last 5 years. Everyone is shopping on the internet before they look at homes. Statistics show that 95% of them have already done their homework before they go out to see a home and they compare these homes side by side looking at photos to find the best home for them.
